Chipster

Chipster, as a software developed by CSC, provides hundreds of analysis tools for genetic data in a user-friendly format. It contains a significant collection of analysis tools for sequence and proteomic data as well as the data generated by microchips.

CSC provides Finnish researchers with the Chipster service with the analysis tools run in the cPouta cloud service. The source code and installation package of Chipster are also freely available, and Chipster is used by many institutes around the world.
